Engineering and Production: All parts are manufactured and completely finished off-site. Only installation required onsite.
Onsite Receiving and Inspection: A factory representative will be on-site to receive and inspect all parts for quantity and/or freight damage. Factory will handle any damage claims.
Storage/Inventory: Factory will inventory all parts at factory until required shipping dates, and will deliver all parts onsite on the installation date. No storage will be required by customer onsite.
Installation: If required by purchase agreement: Factory Certified Installers will receive, inspect and install all wall systems onsite. Installation schedules will coincide with required times and locations.

FitHold™ Anchor Point Fasteners 3/8”-16x5/8”: PEM Fasteners 3/8”-16 x 5/8” (.625) Diameter. Approximately 6 times the Thread Wall Thickness than a Tee Nut (T-nut), with hardened steel threads. PEM™ Engineered Industrial Fasteners, Self Clinching Non-Locking and Locking Type-H Nuts, 7,000-11,000 pounds of Installation Force. Installed (embedded) in the steel using 7,000-11,000 pounds of pressure delivered by a Pem Setter Haeger 824 Window Touch Fastener Insertion System. This system selects and controls ram force automatically virtually eliminating human error. PEM™ is a product of PennEngineering, an ISO Certified Manufacturer.

Frame: MUST BE CONSTRUCTED OF ALL STEEL AND WITH NO STRUCTURALLY DEPENDENT WELDS. No degradable materials such as wood or wood by-products to used in construction of any wall parts. Parts and fastener holes are CNC Laser cut to within +/-.015” tolerance. Parts are CNC V-formed to within +/-.015” tolerance. Materials: 1/8” Mill Test Certified Prime Quality Newly Produced Cold Roll Steel ASTM A1008 CS Type-B.

FitPanel™: 2 panels made of 1/8” steel plate with 110” of vertical and 24” climbing surface area and a 2” vertical Top and 3” vertical Bottom mounting plate make up the total 24'x 116' wall panel. The panel is also specifically designed to create an Anti-Moisture Barrier between the facility wall and FitWall® to virtually eliminate the cultivation of any molds or fungus.
Finish: Powder Coat finishing system. TGIC-Free (Triglycidyl Isocyanurate) Polyester Powder (the highest quality powder coat finish delivering the highest combined performance characteristics in corrosion protection, hardness, flexibility, over-bake stability, exterior stability and chemical & solvent resistance) baked at 400F Degrees.

- Anti-Graffiti Powder Coat allows the use of any brand of Dry Erase Markers, and can resist permanent markers is cleaned according to manufacturers recommendations within 24 hours.
  - Note: Because Brendle Climbing Systems™ cannot control what type of markers are used on any wall surface or the level of abuse a surface may experience, there is NO implied warranty for the Mats and Powder Coat finish other than workmanship for the first 30 days from installation.

FitHold™ Hand Holds: Anti-Spin Adjustable Locking Pin Back. Manufactured out of the same material used to make bowling balls, our holds are strong and retain its texture for long periods of time with extreme use. Each hold has an anchor hole that is molded directly into it. No drilling or grinding required. A patent pending positioning and locking pin is inserted in to the back of every hold to insure the hold will not spin with minimal torque applied to the fastening bolt. This virtually eliminates the risk of injury that may be a result of a hold spinning on a wall when a person is holding on to it and it spins out of their grasp. The pin locking system also protects the finish of the climbing panels from scratches when mounting or rotating a hold to a new position.

18 oz. Vinyl shell with Performance Characteristics of: Extremely Strong and Durable, High Tensile and Tear Strength, Anti-Mildew Treatments & U.V. Pigments for Weather-ability.
Foam Core is 3 inches of professional impact absorbing materials designed for safety and heavy long term use. The foam core consists of 2 inches of cross-linked polyethylene and 1” of high impact foam for a total mat thickness of 3”.
Designed for consistent use and storage, the mats are constructed with reinforced seams, 2” wide industrial webbing around 2” Steel D-Rings for hanging mats in the “NO Climbing” position with our InvisoLok™ or SecurLok™ Systems which are sold separately. The mat handle which is also made of 2” webbing can be used to hand the mat in the upright and “NO CLIMBING” position by looping it over a FitHold™ No. 7 if locking is not a requirement.
One full length hinge spans the entire width of the FitPanel™ to insure longer product life and user safety minimizing any trip points otherwise created with webbing or strap material typically used on other brand mats. Hinge has industrial ½” Grommets installed for reinforced mounting to the bottom of the climbing wall panel with 5/16”-18 Grade-8 SAE Bolts and Flat washers into Self-Locking PEM Fasteners.
On the sides of the mat 2” wide Velcro strips (male and female) are used on both sides to securely fasten one mat to the other when in the climbing and no climbing positions to eliminate the chance of the mats pulling apart by accident allowing a foot to get trapped in between in the climbing position, or a hold protruding past the surface when in the no climbing position.
“NO Climbing” Logo screen printed directly to bottom/back of mat to be visible in the no climbing position and not visible in the climbing position. All inks are lead free. Ink color: White (black on white mats only).
