While on the FitWall®, holding on with your hands, you must lift one foot off the wall lifting your knee to your chest then kick straight back and outward touching a target 10 times before letting that foot touch the wall again. Then switch legs and repeat with the other leg. Without touching the ground in any way you move around to the next side of the FitWall® QuadColumn to do the next challenge.
